Wisdom & Beauty

In this module you will learn rituals, tools and practices from my deeply integrated learning of yoga & shamanic cosmology.

The intention behind this offering is to help you ground, clear, unlock, strengthen, harmonize and illuminate all of your bodies: physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. These teachings are designed to re-ignite the power of community, the necessity of self-inquiry, self-care, to sacralize the space you live in, to increase your awareness in order to come in right balance with your life and all your relations.

Commitment:
8 consecutive weekly meetings of 2.5 hours each for a total of 20 hours
